Double room 60 yuan/day (short-term stay less than 90 days)

Double room 40 yuan/day (short-term stay more than 90 days)

Single room (suite) 80~110yuan/day

The room fee for at least 90 days must be paid in one lump sum within 7 days after check-in. Once paid, it is non-refundable. Payment method: WeChat payment, please consult the dormitory administrator when checking in for details.

The above price does not include deposit, electricity fee and laundry fee.

A rental deposit of RMB 800 is required upon check-in, which can be paid in cash or Alipay.

Electricity bills are settled based on actual electricity consumption. Please consult the dormitory administrator for details.

Laundry starts at 3 yuan per time and drying starts at 4.5 yuan per time. Alipay and WeChat payment are accepted, please see the laundry room instructions for details.
