Panda Admission's application sucessful rate is higher than 90%. Because our consultant team and admission officers are all professional and experiencial. We will make different application plans according to applicants' requirement and background, to make sure the application is smoothly and easily. However, even the application is unfortunately not sucessful, Panda Admission also have clear and fair refund policy to assure your legal rights as follow:

1. Panda Admission Standard Service fee and university application fee is not refundable. "Panda Admission Guarantee Service" "Panda Admission Scholarship Application Service" "Panda Admission VIP Service Package" can be refundable according 

to the time node and processing progress of the refund proposal.

2. After the signing service Agreement, Panda Admission will start the relevant preparations for teachers, materials, etc., and a series of costs will be incurred. If the Party B proposes a refund(including but not limited to give up applying, fail to reach 

the university's requirement etc.), resulting in Party A can't complete the application procedures, the refund will be processed according to the actual performance of this contract as follows:

(1) If Party B proposes a refund within 3 days and Party A hasn’t begun any application procedures for Party B, Party A shall refund 100% of service fees to the Party B, and this contract shall be terminated.

(2) If it is after 3 days of signing agreement&making payment or Party A has created the application account for Party B, but Party A hasn’t submit the application to school, Party A will refund 85% of the service fee, and this contract will be 

terminated.

(3) After Party A has submitted the application for the Party B (including submission by the school system or directly to the school teacher) but the admission is not issued yet, if Party B proposes a refund, Party A will refund 40% of the service fee, 

and this contract will be terminated.

(4) If Party A fail to get admission for Party B until the applied semester begin, Party A will refund 80% of the service fee, and this contract will be terminated.

(5) If Party B has submitted the visa application documents to embassy, but fail to get visa to entering China, Party B can choose to extend the application to apply for the next application season for free(the times of extensions is No more than 3 times) 

or can apply for a refund, Party A will refund 20% of the service fee, and this contract will be terminated.

(6) If there are multiple service nodes coexisting when the Party B proposes a refund, the refund will be made according to the last service node. If the Party B voluntarily gives up the application of this application season or does not get admission to any 

school, but plans to apply for the next application season, both parties need to sign a supplementary agreement and automatically continue to apply for the next application season; the times of extensions is No more than 3 times, if the extension exceeds 

3 times, the service will be automatically terminated, and the refund will be made according to the proportion corresponding to the service node in the refund policy.
