On-campus accommodation

       The International Student Apartment of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University is located in the "Friendship Building" in the second area of student life. The school provides double rooms, each room has an independent bathroom, equipped with heating and cooling air conditioners, water heaters, refrigerators, furniture, ADSL network, etc. There are public laundry rooms and public kitchens on each floor.                                                  The accommodation fee for a double room in the international student apartment building is 450 yuan per person per month. The accommodation fee for long-term students is paid according to the academic year, and part of the accommodation fee can be refunded on a monthly basis for those who check out midway; short-term students must pay the accommodation fee in one lump sum according to the application period of study. The accommodation fee is collected uniformly by the school. If there is a refund when you check out, you can get it at the school budget and finance office with the refund certificate issued by the International Students Office in China. The electricity bills generated in the apartments are borne by the students themselves.

       off-campus accommodation

       In principle, students should live in school dormitories if the school has enough housing resources. If housing resources are in short supply or special circumstances require students to live off-campus, they must submit the "Zhejiang Sci-Tech University International Students' Off-Campus Accommodation Application Form" to the Office of International Students in China, and provide relevant materials such as the lease contract and the copy of the landlord's ID card for review, and then relocate Within 24 hours after entering the country, go to the police station at the place of residence to register for temporary accommodation for foreigners.
