Qingdao Stellar College of Science and Technology, formerly known as Qingdao Stellar College of Science and Technology, was approved by Qingdao Education Committee in 2000. In 2003, Qingdao Stellar Vocational and Technical College was established with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's Government.
