Hubei University Of Economics

Hubei University of Economics, located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, is a full-time general undergraduate institution organized by the Hubei Provincial People's Government, a master's degree conferring unit approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, and a national "14th Five-Year Plan" period. The project supports colleges and universities; it has been selected into the basic capacity building project of colleges and universities in the central and western regions (Phase II), and the 2011 plan of Hubei Province. Approved by the Ministry of Education in 2002, Hubei University of Economics was established by merging Hubei Business College, Wuhan Finance College and Hubei Planning Management Cadre College; Middle School" (predecessor of the former Hubei Commercial College). As of April 2023, the school campus covers an area of 2,183 acres, with a building area of 737,000 square meters; there are 62 undergraduate majors and 3 professional master's degree programs; there are 1,128 full-time teachers, including 150 professors and 435 associate professors. There are 18,298 regular undergraduate students
