Liaoning Communication University

Liaoning Communication University (Liaoning Communication University) is located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. Liaoning Media College was founded in 1991, formerly known as Liaoning College of European and American Arts. In 2005, with the approval of the Liaoning Provincial People's Government, the Liaoning Vocational College of Fine Arts was established on the basis of the Liaoning College of European and American Art. In 2014, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was renamed Liaoning Media College.
