Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics (Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics), located in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a full-time general institution of higher learning with economics and management as the main body and multi-disciplinary coordinated development. It is a provincial university in Zhejiang Province and the second batch of Zhejiang Province Focus on the construction of colleges and universities, [1] member of the Yangtze River Delta New Business Education Alliance [44], has the right to confer doctoral, master's and bachelor's degrees and the right to enroll foreign students, students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. [2-4] Founded in 1974, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics was formerly known as Zhejiang Finance and Banking School. Along with the tide of reform and opening up, it grew and took off. It was renamed Zhejiang Finance School, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, and Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics[36]. It is a degree-granting unit and a key construction university in Zhejiang Province. [4-5] As of March 2023, the school has 4 campuses, Xiasha, Wenhua, Cuiyuan and Chang'an, covering an area of 2,300 mu, with a total construction area of 570,600 square meters (not including Ziyuan living area in Xiasha; there are 17 colleges, 1 The teaching department, 1 independent college, 4 research institutes, 4 affiliated kindergartens and affiliated primary schools, have 45 undergraduate majors; there are more than 1,700 teaching staff and more than 19,000 regular full-time students in the school (excluding independent colleges).
