Liaoning Normal University (Liaoning Normal University), referred to as "Liaoning Normal University", is located in Dalian City, Liaoning Province. In July 1960, the school was renamed Liaoning Normal University; in December 1983, it was renamed Liaoning Normal University; in 1981, it was approved as a master's degree conferring unit; in 1998, it was granted the right to confer doctoral degrees.
